Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 2 celery stalks (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 litre vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoon Mr. Sprinkle
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and Mr. Sprinkle. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
